  • pASTOR Ron AND mARIANNE MARSIGLIO

    Lead pastors

Ron and Marianne both attended North Central University in Minneapolis, MN and upon graduation moved to Chicago where they began their 25+ years of full-time ministry by planting two churches.  After 14 years in the city of Chicago, they moved to Des Moines, IA to be one of the campus pastors with Des Moines First Assembly for 6 years.  In August of 2011, Pastor Ron and Marianne, along with their children Cassandra, Luke, Sarah, and Annalise, returned back to their home district of Illinois to pastor Minier Assembly. Their passion is to see Christ formed in the hearts of all people through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.  They are committed to equip and empower people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who have compassion for lost souls.

  • Pastor Luke and Abigail Marsiglio

    Children's and Youth Pastor

Luke and Abigail Marsiglio joined the staff  in March of 2021. Luke is the children's pastor and Abigail is the youth pastor, together they serve along side each other in both ministries. Abigail grew up as a Missionary Kid in Guatemala for 10 years. She graduated Southeastern University in 2014 with a B.A. in Practical Theology and a minor in Youth Ministry. She then moved to Springfield, MO for work. While living there she met Luke while attending James River Church. Luke grew up as a Pastor's Kid all of his life. He graduated James River Leadership College in 2017 with an Associates in Leadership and a focus in children's ministry. After graduating Luke was hired as a children's pastor in Milwaukee WI where he served for 4 years before being called back to Minier with Abigail. They have been married since November of 2018. Their passion for both the children and the youth is that they fully understand the love of Christ. They want to strive to help them know who God is in their lives and to fully understand who they are in Christ. They hope that one day as the students continue to grow in Christ, they will then be able to share that love and help others understand who they are called to be.
